Mooring & Docking Limitations

Being an oceanfront community, we see a lot of both locally-based and visiting boating enthusiasts. Point Roberts is perfectly situated as a base from which to explore the many beautiful locations in Puget Sound and the Strait of Georgia, including of course the San Juan Islands and the Canadian Gulf Islands; in fact many of us think Point Roberts offers the most accessible island life of them all! At Seabright Farm we think boating is one of the great outdoor recreation opportunities our residents can enjoy, but there are some important mooring and docking limitations to be aware of.

The Cottages at Seabright Farm Welcomes its First Family

Don & Sally Phelps are now truly The First Family of Seabright Farm. With the second floor of their custom deckhouse plan cottage already being framed, the Phelps’ cottage is on its way to being the base of operations for Thanksgiving and Christmas parties, along with weekends snuggling in front of the great room’s fireplace after an autumn cycle around Point Roberts’ coffee stops. As you can gather, the Ladner-based couple, their children, and their grandchildren, all can’t wait to start making memories.
